| 2.1 | Our web site is open 24/7 (24hours, 7days a week) & accepts the following types of Credit / Debit card payments: - MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Switch, Discover & American Express. | ||||||||||||||||
| 2.2 | All our web site payments are made through a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption server, via Paypal (www.paypal.co.uk). No personal information is recorded or kept on our internal computers about you or your card details. | ||||||||||||||||
| 2.3 | Cheque & Postal Order payments are accepted by post. Please make Cheques & Postal Orders payable to Fun2Dress and send along with your order to: - Fun2Dress (Payments). PO Box 3941. BRACKNELL. Berkshire. RG12 7XJ. All prices are inclusive of VAT, however a flat carriage charge of £3.50 must be added to all orders. Please remember we have to allow an additional time for cheques to clear before goods are sent. | ||||||||||||||||
| 2.4 | All goods remain the property of Fun2Dress until paid for in full (i.e. funds are showing as a cleared balance in our accounts). | ||||||||||||||||
| 3. VAT | |||||||||||||||||
| 3.1 | All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Our VAT registered number is 807 0351 59. | ||||||||||||||||
| 4. Delivery, Postage & Packing | |||||||||||||||||
| 4.1 | Currently we only send goods to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. An International delivery service is currently in development. | ||||||||||||||||
| 4.2 | We carry considerable stock of most products & subject to availability, we seek to despatch all orders within 24 hours. All products are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days by Royal Mail, depending on stock availability. If product is out of stock you will receive notification by e-mail or telephone & either given an expected arrival date or offered an alternate product. For a quicker dispatch time please contact us on enq1@fun2dress.co.uk. Please type Quick in the subject line of your e-mail. | ||||||||||||||||
| 4.3 | A flat carriage charge of £3.50 must be added to all orders (only one per order), when paying on-line this is done automaticaly at the 'Check out' stage. | ||||||||||||||||
| 5. Costume Sizes | |||||||||||||||||
| 5.1 | The costume manufacturers
state that all “One Size” costumes fit up to a “Large” (Jacket
size 42”) however some of the gown type costumes (i.e. Vicar costume)
will allow larger sizes. A range of extra large costumes is available, keep an eye out for XL or Fuller fit product ranges. |

| 6. Returns | |||||||||||||||||
| 6.1 | If for some reason you have a problem with an order, you must contact us immediately by telephone (01344) 409666 or e-mail enq1@fun2dress.co.uk (typing Returns in the subject line of your e-mail), giving us your name, date of order, order number & your contact details. We will try to resolve the situation immediately, issue a returns number (where applicable) or reply to your query ASAP. | ||||||||||||||||
| 6.2 | All returned goods must be in their original packing & clothing items should have their original tags/labels intact. | ||||||||||||||||
| 6.3 | Damaged, faulty or incorrectly ordered goods must NOT be returned for exchange or refund until a valid returns number has been issued by phone or e-mail (see 6.1). Please remember when posting your goods from the Post Office to obtain a “Proof of posting” receipt as we cannot refund or exchange goods which are lost in transit. Transit of the returning goods to Fun2Dress is the sole responsibility of the customer. The return address is:- (UK Social Club Ltd, Trading as) Fun2Dress (Returns). PO Box 3941. Bracknell. | 6.4 | Claims for damage and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt. After this date, and in all circumstances after 14 days, repair and not replacement will be offered. | ||||||||||||||||

accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Unless you have expressly asked us not to, we will from time to time send you details of new or updated product range. |
